The MT 2400 is designed for industrial firefighting operations where large volumes of water or foam must be delivered accurately over distance to control major incidents. Delivering up to 46 000 LPM (12 000 GPM), it provides the reach and sustained flow required for tank protection, exposure cooling and wide-area coverage across refineries, terminals and petrochemical facilities.

The monitor and trailer are engineered as one integrated system, with internal piping designed to minimise pressure loss and maintain strong throw performance at very high flow rates. Full 360° rotation and a wide elevation range allow precise stream positioning across large industrial hazard areas as conditions change.

Designed for rapid deployment, the MT 2400 can be transported, positioned and brought into operation quickly using standard site vehicles, while low-mounted inlet connections simplify hose handling during setup.

Stable Operation Under Full Flow

The MT 2400 features a flow-adjustable nozzle with settings from 2,000 to 12,000 GPM, allowing operators to match output to the demands of the incident.

A 3,000-litre ballast tank, filled directly from the water supply, works in combination with the lowerable chassis and adjustable support legs to provide stable, controlled operation at full capacity.

Low-mounted inlet connections simplify hose handling during deployment, while an integrated foam inlet allows connection to FFS Jet Pump Systems for foam proportioning. The diamond-pattern aluminium anti-slip platform provides secure footing and clear access around the monitor for safe operation and maintenance.

Constructed from AISI 316L stainless steel and Ni-Al bronze, the MT 2400 is designed to withstand seawater, foam concentrates, and corrosive industrial environments, supporting reliable long-term operation in refineries, terminals, petrochemical facilities, and coastal installations.

An internal geared drive system delivers smooth, controlled monitor movement while protecting critical operating components from external exposure, reducing maintenance requirements and enhancing reliability in demanding conditions.

Optional electric remote operation, including wireless control, is available for increased operator safety and flexibility during deployment.
