Fire Pumps XP Transmission

FFS's XP Transmission line offers compact, lightweight step-up and step-down solutions, designed, and produced in-house. Enhanced with double barriers for corrosion prevention, oil-filled cofferdams, and spring-loaded clutches for less drag, these transmissions deliver reliable performance in marine environments.

Fire Pumps Electric Motor

FFS specializes in advanced electric pumps for marine firefighting and safety, featuring efficient solutions with soft starters or VFD for onboard power limits. Safe with inline circuit breakers to protect against THD damage–they offer versatile cooling options for optimal performance.

Fire Pump Diesel Motor

FFS's bellhousing-mounted diesel engine pumps, electronically governed and turbocharged, offer efficient, reliable performance. Compact and lightweight, they provide easy installation, non-leak seals, self-cooling, and range from 300 to 3200 m3/h, ensuring maintenance efficiency and cost reduction.

Flexible Couplings

FFS selects flexible input couplings for seamless diesel engine to pump transmission, countering vibrations and misalignment. Criteria include mounting, space, and PTO design, ensuring integration from propeller to Fi-Fi pump, with torsional vibration analysis (TVA) for ship approval.

Valves and Accessories

FFS offers electric-operated valves integrated with our control systems for reliable performance. Standard butterfly valves feature IP67 actuators and manual backup, optimizing space and cost. Tested materials ensure durability in seawater, guaranteeing dependable marine use.

Deck Heads and Manifolds

The FFS 4-way copper alloy deck head, essential for Marine FiFi I, II, III systems, offers robust, pressure-tested hose connections for firefighting. Versatile, with Storz-C outlets, pressure reducers for independent control, it supports vertical/horizontal use and shore supply.

Container Systems

FFS has developed versatile container solutions for marine and onshore applications. Lightweight, compact, and readily available - our Container Systems, based on a 10-foot ISO standard, feature containerized diesel engine-driven pump packages with optional foam and priming systems.

Commissioning

FFS provides comprehensive commissioning services as part of our standard supply, including a full report. Our skilled engineers thoroughly test systems and equipment against design specifications, identify discrepancies, oversee start-up, and adjust for optimal performance, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability.
