The system is mounted on a suitable truck chassis and combines hose storage, deployment and recovery in one operational unit. Hose can be deployed directly from the vehicle and recovered back into two separated onboard compartments, helping crews work faster and with better control. Depending on the maximum allowable transport height, hose retrieval can be configured either through the integrated HRU 300 positioned over the cab, or from the vehicle sides. The over-cab HRU 300 guides hose back into the compartments at an improved angle, supporting better hose flaking, reduced handling strain and more organised storage after use.
The HHU 2000 is designed around real crew workflow. Front and rear working platforms, wireless HRU control, vertical rollers, LED lighting and controlled recovery speed all support safer, more efficient hose handling during large-scale operations.

The HHU 2000 is built to improve how large-diameter hose is handled before, during and after an incident.
During deployment, hose can be laid directly from the vehicle at controlled speed, helping crews establish long-distance water supply lines efficiently across industrial sites and emergency response areas.
During recovery, the HRU lifts and guides hose back into the onboard compartments. The over-the-cab position improves the entry angle, helping the hose return cleanly while reducing unnecessary handling by the crew.
Full-height stainless steel vertical rollers at the rear of the hose compartments support smoother hose deployment around corners while helping protect both the hose and vehicle structure. The front working platform provides the operator with a clear view of hose deployment, recovery operations, and personnel working within the compartments. The rear working platform allows safe access during deployment and recovery, while a durable rubber floor helps absorb impact from returning hose couplings during retrieval.
Integrated LED lighting around and inside the unit improves visibility during night operations, poor weather and extended response situations.
